1/2 cup tomato puree

1/4 cup atkins sugar free pancake syrup
1 tbsp oven fried chicken seasoning
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 tsp hot sauce - (to 1/2), or to taste

2 sweet potatoes, scrubbed
1 non-stick cooking spray
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450 F. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise, then into
sticks 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Spray cookie sheet with
