Wild Rice & Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
6 oz long grain wild rice mix
3 cup cooked, cubed chicken
10 3/4 oz cream of celery soup
4 oz pimentoes, sliced
1 each medium onion, chopped
2 cup french style green beans
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz water chestnuts
Instructions:
PREPARE RICE ACCORDING TO PKG. DIRECTIONS. IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE
RICE, CHICKEN, SOUP, PIMENTOES, ONION, BEANS, MAYONNAISE AND WATER
CHESTNUTS. MIX WELL. TRANSFER TO 9" X 13" PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR
25 MINUTES.
