Pumpkin Mincemeat Pie No2 Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup prepared mincemeat - see sep. recip, e
1 9 pie crust
1 1/2 cup canned or cooked pumpkin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 cup skim milk
2 eggs

Spread mincemeat on the bottom of pie crust.
Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and
beat well. Pour pumpkin mixture over mincemeat. Bake
in a 450~ oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven
temperature to 325~ and continue baking for 20 to 30
minutes.
NOTE; This recipe contains a moderate amount of
sucrose. This recipe is FOR OCCASIONAL USE ONLY and
should be carefully worked into the induvidual meal
plan.
Yield: 10 slices.

+ 1 fat.
Nutritional information per slice: 212 calories, 5
g protein, 28 g carbohydrate, 7 g fat, 116 mg sodium,
259 mg potassium and 61 mg cholesterol.
