Lemon Roast Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

4 lb potatoes, 8 to 10-peeled water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup oil, olive
3 garlic cloves -minced
2 tsp salt
2 tsp oregano, dried pepper

Instructions:
Cut potatoes lengthwise into thick wedges; place in 13"x9" (3L) baking
dish. Whisk together water, lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, oregano
and pepper; pour over potatoes, turning to coat evenly. Bake in a
325F oven, gently turning occasionally to keep potatoes well
moistened, for about 2 hours or till potatoes are ...

Ingredients:

1 lb dried lentils, washed, picke
2 qt water
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 cl garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 cup red wine
1 can plum tomatoes

Instructions:
In a large soup kettle, combine all ingredients except wine and
tomatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer, over low heat for 1-1/2 hours.
Add wine and tomatoes and simmer 20-30 minutes more.
