Baked Potato Topper Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 tsp dill weed
1 1/2 tsp dried chives
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp imitation bacon bits

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill

Per serving: 2g protein, 1g fat, 2g carb., 111mg sodium, 2mg chol., 20
calories.

4 servings potato flakes
1 1/2 tbsp minced onions
8 oz cottage cheese, 1/2% fat
