4 1/2 tsp baking powder

shredded (or cheddar) 1 cup salsa Melted butter

Connies Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients:

12 each canned jalapeno peppers
4 oz philly cream cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 each paprika

Instructions:

Cut each pepper in half lengthwise, remove veins and seeds and drain.
Mash softened cream cheese with the sour cream; stir in garlic and
onion. Stuff each pepper half with cheese mixture and sprinkle

4 cloves garlic, peel, chop
2 tbsp flour
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
