Mexican Pan Bread

Ingredients:

1 can mexe-beans
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 egg replacer
1 cup cornmeal
1 tsp chile powder
1 tsp cumin

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F Mix everything, pour in a Pam'ed iron skillet,
bake 10 minutes.

Mexican Pheasant

Ingredients:

2 cup cooked pheasant,cut in
1 1-inch bites
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 jar medium salsa
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup monterey jack cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 package corn tortillas cut in strips

Instructions:

Combine pheasant, soups, onion, salsa, sour cream and 3/4 cheese.
