Fat-Free Flour Tortillas

Ingredients:

4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
1 1/4 cup hot water

Ingredients:

6 flour tortillas salsa (optional)
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 tbsp chopped black olives
4 jalapenos chopped fine 1/2 tsp chil, i powder
3/4 tsp seasoning salt

Ingredients:

6 whole-wheat tortillas - butter (opt, ional)
1 flavored oil -or- melted

Instructions:

Flour Tortilla

Ingredients:

4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp lard (yes, lard. shortening doesn't, work as well)
1/2 cup warm milk
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Instructions:

FLOUR TORTILLA

Mix all the dry ingredients and sift.

Mix in lard.

Add warm (not hot) milk gradually, knead til smooth.

Cut into pieces.

Roll out paper thin into round shape.

Cook on hot griddle until lightly browned and "spotted".

Mix the top four ingredients as for a pie crust. The butter must be
worked into the flour to make a pebbly meal. Slowly add the water,

1/8 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup shortening
1 cup plus 3 t. hot water

Instructions:

Combine flour, salt and baking powder; stir well. Cut in shortening
with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Gradually
stir in water, mixing well. Put an ungreased skillet over medium heat
