2 cup canned lima beans,drained
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 3/4 lb cubed,lamb stew meat
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
3 bay leaves
1 tsp ground coriander

1 small onion, peeled
6 oz british minced beef or lamb
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
8 oz can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp cliilli powder
8 oz can red kidney beans
5 fl stock or water with
