Ingredients:

2 large refried beans
2 can jalapenos, or chilies
2 tomatoes, or more
1 onion, (optional)
16 oz sour cream
2 avacados
2 package taco seasoning
1 shredded cheese, (mozzarlla

Bean & Salsa Dip

Ingredients:

1 can pinto beans, 15 oz.
3 tbsp louisiana hot sauce
2 tsp fresh lime juice
3 tbsp sweetened chinese chili sauc
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
16 oz sour cream, fat-free
1 1/2 cup salsa, chunky, hot
1 fresh cilantro or parsley
1 corn tortilla chips

Ingredients:

1 cup monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 med. sized tomato,peeled>>>

1 cup canned chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 lb shredded jack cheese
1 tsp minced garlic

Ingredients:

8 oz pace picante sauce or
8 oz pace thick & chunky salsa
1 lb velveeta cheese food, cubed

1 cup mayonnaise *
1 cup sour cream
1 package vegetable soup & recipe mix
12 oz chunky salsa, mild or medium

Instructions:

*You may use fat free, reduced calorie or regular mayo.
Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover; chill 2 hrs. Serve with

1 lb hamburger
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 small green pepper -- chopped
1 small can
1 (mild or hot)
16 oz can
1/2 stick margarine
2 lb box
1 chopped green chilies --
1 chopped tomatoes
1 velvetta cheese -- cubed

Instructions:

Cook hamburger, onion and green pepper until hamburger is done. Drain
