Batoora

Ingredients:

Plain flour - 3 cups
Yeast - 1 tsp
Butter - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Milk - ½ to 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Cooking oil - for deep frying

Instructions:

Warm the milk, mix the sugar and yeast into the milk and allow it to standuntil the milk rises and is frothy.

Mix the plain flour, salt and butter.

Addthe milk to this flour mixture and make it into a soft dough.

Leave it for 4 to5 hours and then roll it into thick, flat rounds and fry in hot oil.

Ingredients:

Atta (wheat flour) - 2 cups
Salt - to taste
Butter or ghee - 1 tsp (optional)
Plain flour - ¼ cup (to dust the chapatis)
Warm water - to make a soft dough

Instructions:

Mix the wheat flour, salt, butter/ghee and slowly add water until a soft andmoist dough is formed.

Green coriander leaves - a few sprigs (finely chopped)
