Anzac Biscuits

Ingredients:

Flour - 1 cup
Rolled oats - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Grated dry coconut - 1 cup
Salt - a pinch
Butter - 125 g
Honey or golden syrup - 1 tbsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp

Instructions:

Mix together flour, rolled oats, sugar, coconut and salt.

Melt butter and add golden syrup or honey.

Bring to the boil and quickly mix in the baking soda dissolved in boiling water.

Pour the foaming mixture into the dry flour mixture and stir well.

Ingredients:

Flour - 1¾ cups
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Baking soda - ½ tsp
Cinnamon powder - ¼ tsp
Nutmeg powder - ¼ tsp
Sugar - ½ cup
Ripe Bananas - 3
Milk - ¾ cup
Melted butter - 75g
