1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cup blueberries or blackberries
1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk

2 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, sweetened partially thawe
